Dash is a creative services company founded by Daniel Kravetz and Ashley Simon.

After spending time in Victoria's creative community, we started noticing the same thing over and over. There are so many talented creatives here with unique perspectives and incredible ideas, but not enough opportunities for them to connect with businesses that value what they do. We watched friends and other creatives struggle to find meaningful work; not because they lacked talent, but because they lacked access.

At the same time, we saw businesses looking for creative work that felt genuine, thoughtful, and true to who they are. It felt like there was something missing between the people creating great work and the people looking for it.

That's why we started Dash.

Our mission is to connect businesses with exceptional creatives while building a community where both can grow. We curate the right people for each project, manage the creative process from start to finish, and help turn ideas into work that feels intentional, original, and built to last.

More than a creative studio, we're working toward building a creative hub where businesses know they can find trusted creative talent, and where creators know someone is actively looking for opportunities on their behalf.
